20+ years building the infrastructure that makes organizations move faster. AI integrations, data platforms, analytics systems. I design the quiet machinery that actually gets used.
From AI to full-stack apps to data architecture, I build things that scale and stay out of your way.
Custom LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines that eliminate the manual work slowing your team down.
Dimensional modeling, modern data stack architecture (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks), and automated insight generation.
HR metrics platforms, workforce intelligence systems, and executive dashboards built for enterprise HR and people teams.
Full-stack web and mobile applications with clean architecture and a design sensibility that respects the user.
From zero to launched: product strategy, architecture, MVP development, and the roadmap to scale.
Unity/C# game design and development, from concept and GDD to polished releases on itch.io and beyond.
Most data shops can build dashboards. Few have shipped production AI systems, designed data architectures from scratch, and built the analytics layer executive teams actually trust.
I've worked across the full data spectrum: product analytics, business intelligence, consumer-facing UX, and workforce intelligence platforms for Fortune 50 enterprises. People analytics is one of my deepest specializations, but the craft travels across every domain — modeling, architecture, insight generation.

LLMs integrated into tools like Teams, Slack, and Workday, so employees get answers, not tickets.
Disparate impact modeling, workforce planning analysis, and compensation equity frameworks built to hold up when the decisions actually matter.
Semantic layers and headless BI architecture built around a single source of truth across your people data ecosystem.
A sample of live applications, enterprise systems, and indie builds.

I'm Andy. I've spent over two decades building the kind of infrastructure that makes organizations run smoother than they realize. Data pipelines, AI integrations, analytics platforms, HR systems. Quiet work. High leverage.
My background cuts across Fortune 50 enterprises and scrappy startups shipping their first product. I've worked in telecom, automotive, and tech, across product analytics, business intelligence, consumer UX, data engineering, and ML. I like the full stack of the problem: the architecture, the analysis, the moment a system clicks into place.
People analytics is where I've done some of my deepest work: building workforce intelligence platforms, embedding AI into the tools HR teams live in, and designing data models that hold up at enterprise scale. The same rigor applies to product, operations, finance, consumer experience. Good data architecture doesn't care what domain it's in.
Outside client work, I'm building a creator economy platform, writing about data and analytics, and (when the kids aren't stealing the TV) deep in a Unity project or rewatching Gundam. That last part matters. People who build things for fun build better things for clients.
Startup founder who needs a technical co-pilot. People team buried in spreadsheets. Product org ready to add a serious AI layer. I've worked with all of them, and I take on a small number of projects at a time so the work actually gets done right.
